The organization filters nexus requests through a proxy server or firewall software configured outside of the browser software, and this firewall software is serving stale. Bf4 browser is a gradual drop in players as the list goes on, whereas bf1 browser has 64, 64, 63, 63, 0, 0, etc. it's a lot harder to get into a game with a group of friends at the moment because there aren't a lot of servers with missing players listed in the browser.
